South Sudanese pound 1 article

South Sudanese pound is defined by South Sudan national currency and SSP currency code, placing it within Bank of South Sudan monetary system. Its exchange and settlement context is influenced by oil export foreign exchange flows and Juba commercial settlement, while East African cross-border trade connects the currency to trade, payments or financial flows beyond everyday domestic use. The currency is therefore best understood through its issuing framework, economic base and regional relationships rather than as an isolated foreign-exchange instrument.
